I have been using the Prokennex Ovation Speed II Series paddle now for a couple of weeks and I have to say initially it took some time getting used to the round shape but I love the feel when it hits the ball so I kept using it instead of my other paddle and really have grown to like it a lot. It is fast and hits the ball great. I have to slow down my serves as there is a lot of power. Very easy to manuever at the kitchen. It is a winner in my book!

It's great for reducing strain on my joints. I can play as much as I want. I was surprised that it boasts about a textured finish for spin. Mine has a very smooth surface. I've played with other models that have more texture to the paddle surface. The other thing that I've noticed is the rebound at the Kitchen line isn't great. Other paddles wouldn't absorb the shot as much. I like it but I think to get what I'm hoping for I'd have to drop $200. I will say the shape doesn't bother me like I thought it would. Overall, I enjoy it and it's saved my wrist and elbow. I've played with other top tier paddles and I'm not straying from the ProKennex brand anytime soon.
